Travel Diary Part I

One of my favourite parts of our USA road trip was painting the amazing scenery along the way. I ventured over to the drivers seat a few times, but let's just say if I had the choice I'd take a paintbrush over a steering wheel! I used my Windsor & Newton compact water colour set which was super handy and a thick led pencil for most of the artworks. The quick pace in which I had to capture the scenes was pretty intense and super fun and made for lively and fluid drawings.
